Summary

I am a Systems Analyst who has the ability to discuss technical issues with people and have them actually understand what I'm trying to say. I'm able to envision the whole picture and I build solutions that not only meet, but exceed the customer's vision. I work the best under pressure without letting the pressure get to me and I always strive to deliver the project on time and within budget. In addition to my systems and analytical work I have over a decade of customer service experience (call center and face-to-face) and IT Help Desk experience.

When not on the job, I'm an avid outdoorsman and amateur photographer so you'll likely find me outside with or without a camera when I'm not sitting behind my desk making customer's dreams a reality.

  • I currently maintain the department’s website which included a redesign of the site and a move to a Content Management System back-end during the 2nd quarter of 2014.
  • I’m currently the department’s photographer. I’m tasked with documenting events and training’s the company has and emergency calls which the company is dispatched to (as my schedule allows).
  • I provide my time and talents to fundraising activities including weekly bingo, monthly meat raffles, and the annual summer carnival.
  • I’m currently training to become a driver and operator for apparatus the department utilizes when responding to emergency calls both in the Borough of Carlisle and the mutual aid area’s the department supports.
  • I was the Treasurer for the company from January 2015 to August 2016.. I was tasked to manage the financial books and oversee the day to day management of the income and expenses of the department.
